I am a huge Starbucks coffee fanatic as many of those who know me will verify. I am not behind all of their philosophy’s but I do enjoy their coffee, lots of their business methods etc..
Recently Howard Schultz made a ‘business’ decision that I am not the most thrilled about but know that there is probably more to the final decision than I am aware seeing that Bill Hybels and his team along with Howard Schultz and his leadership team came to a decision that both sides were happy with.
What I am left with after this decision is a great model and example that Bill Hybels left for me and anyone who watches how he handles this. I am humbled by this example. I think this could have been the way Jesus would have handled this as well.
What does this teach you about leadership?
